Hi, I’m Stella — your personal trainer, dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel empowered, guided, and confident throughout your fitness journey.
Strength training has been truly life-changing for me, as well as for the women I’ve had the privilege to coach. It has boosted our confidence, strengthened our discipline, and transformed the way we carry ourselves and face life’s challenges.
Along my own journey, I discovered that the gym is about so much more than building muscle. It’s about developing self-love, resilience, and a deep respect for yourself.
My mission is to make your fitness journey approachable and enjoyable — to help you unlock both your physical and mental strength, and experience the powerful “side effects” of strength training: personal growth, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
This isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about building something sustainable, supportive, and effective — one rep at a time.
